My order was confirmed 06/23)22 yet I have no idea when I will receive it.poor service

Hi Willie, we apologize for the extended delay. The unit you originally purchased on 06/23 was out of stock, so we provided an alternative on 06/24 (Friday) and did not receive approval to update the order from you until Friday night. The warehouse is closed on weekends, so the order started processing on Monday. Currently, during high season the processing time takes 3 to 5 business days, with the potential to take longer in some circumstances. We provided tracking and sent you a shipping confirmation email on 06/28. Unfortunately, it looks like the shipping carrier was delayed in picking up the order. Again, we apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for choosing Air Sanctuary.

Air Sanctuary changed all my doubt…

Air Sanctuary changed all my doubt about purchasing a Mr. Cool system. After reading several bad blogs. They were respectful, very helpful regarding the type of system I would need purchase. I am very satisfied and can't wait to have the Mr. Cool system installed.

They assisted me in customizing my setup to meet my requirements. Everything went according to plan, the company and service are excellent, and we are pleased with the goods. Units were ordered and delivered on time.

After calling a few places to determine…

After calling a few places to determine what I needed. I called air sanctuary and talked to Ali. She was so much more knowledgeable and personable than the other places. We worked out what Mr. cool units and accessories I needed and place the order. Very smooth and easy.

Best money I ever spent in my basement

Best money I ever spent in my basement. Dry and cozy all the time. Electric bill is reduced also.

Wrong length of pipes were sent but they took care of replacement with no issues.

My second Mr Cool mini split system…

My second Mr Cool mini split system arrived this week. I installed a small system last year in a cabin and it has performed so well that we are putting a much larger system in our home we are building. The company and service is very good and we love the product.

Great customer service

I had some questions about the electrical requirements to supply my outside unit on my Mr. cool. I started by leaving a message. The customer service person contacted me as soon as she could, and then did great on doing what was necessary to confirm the information I needed. Thanks!

Products are quality work great.

Products are quality and have worked great. A little supply issue delayed my order and the communication wasn't great, but overall, I'd order from you again.

Shipping was a bit slow

Shipping was a bit slow, but it was during the covid pandemic so it really wasn't A.S's fault.
I needed some help setting up one of my wall units and the call center was extremely helpful figuring out the issue, they had my system up and running in no time after that!
It was really easy to install and I didn't need to pay for any professional help.
This system saved me a ton of money and is so quite you don't even know it's running.

Thanks Air Sanctuary will definitely recommend you to everyone...

I had never heard of this company and…

I had never heard of this company and it was so much cheaper than others that I was skeptical for sure. I couldn’t have been happier. Had a few issues with shipping and delivery (no fault of air sanctuary) and they were so responsive and helpful! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever had!
