Good customer service

Had a mix-up with a partial shipment of an order. Not sure what happened but only half of a stacker washer dryer set was shipped. A customer service rep, Martin Somah, worked with me to get the situation resolved. Much appreciated!

Had a great experience all around

Had a great experience all around. I ordered a new fridge and it arrived less than a week later. The delivery was great as well even though it was a complicated job (removing a massive sub zero through a narrow door).

Martin Somah was very helpful in returning our microwave. Unfortunately it shipped to us cracked. He communicated with us the whole time and was very nice through the whole process.

This is my 2nd time to order from AC

This is my 2nd time to order from AC. Prices are below what I can find locally. There was a glitch in ordering but service rep Santiago Di Santo was helpful in getting my dishwasher switched to the color I needed.

Dishonest advertising

I ordered an item 3 months ago because their website had it "Available" and it was out of stock everywhere else. Well, it was actually out of stock there too, they just didn't (don't) tell you. I understand all the supply chain issues, but be honest and say when you don't have something. I contacted them multiple times (every few weeks) and they would tell me they expected it the following week. I also asked them each time to fix the product page to show that it was "on order" and not "available" but they never did. Eventually they stopped responding. The website still lists this item as available/in stock. 2 stars because I'm giving a star for pandemic grace.

Very fast shipping

Very fast shipping, fair price, and just as advertised. I installed the microwave and when I turned it on it has a strange noise for a few seconds , then seems to smooth out to a normal sound. This may or may not be a problem, so can't say how the unit will work out, but the seller has performed his part very well so far. Thanks very much

I purchased a Miele in-stock stovetop…

I purchased a Miele in-stock stovetop online on 6/25/22. I screenshot the page that clearly stated it would ship between 6-27 -6/29/22. When it did not ship I called and as a result they created a FedEx shipping label on 7/1/22. Today is 7/12/22 and they have still failed to ship the item. I have made numerous request to cancel the order and they have refused to cancel it falsely asserting that the item is “shipped”. In fact my order page says “shipped” however the item is sitting in their warehouse. They blame FedEx. First telling me that FedRx has failed to physically give them a label. FedEx says that’s not true. The company AC goes in online creates a shipping label and prints it in their warehouse. Then they attempted to tell me that the truth is that FedEx has failed to do a pick up at their warehouse since the label was created 12 days ago!!!!! That also was debunked by speaking to FedEx.
The fact is that it is fraud to say ir document that a shipment has shipped for 13 days when in fact it does not need the legal definition of shipped. The employees are too quick to come up with. Outlandish excuses for the companies failure to shop merchandise. I disputed with Amex and will post a review of my experience for the public to see. Do NOT order from Thai company!!!

I am super pleased with the service

I am super pleased with the service I received from Customer Sales Specialist Martin. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He comunicated with me very quickly and took matter into his hand to make my delivery as perfect as possible.

Slightly disappointed after initial good service.

We initially had a great experience. But we have received two damaged dishwashers on a row and are now having a difficult time getting a replacement. It’s been over two weeks now and we have spoken to multiple people and no one‘s getting back to us. A little disappointed that two dishwashers in a row were damaged I do realize that it is not Appliance Connection‘s fault as it is the delivery companies. But we very much would like our dishwasher and not not damaged. We have no real timeline or update that we are even getting a replacement.

Ease of ordering.

I ordered a refrigerator online and it was so easy. I also had to call customer service and spoke with Santiago Di Santo. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions which eased my mind about ordering such a large item online. I will definitely be ordering from Appliances Connection again.

Excellent Customer Service and Resolution

We bought a Bertazzoni package from Appliances Connection last November. While we have been very satisfied with the fridge and induction range (both their form and function), we had to return the dishwasher due to some damage. After spending a few weeks with an unresolved difficulty re our replacement dishwasher we had ordered from Appliances Connection, I rang customer service At Appliances Connection and spoke with Calvin Bittman and got an incredibly efficient and prompt resolution to my queries. I am so appreciative to have someone who was able to completely fix the problem and arrange servicing the replacement dishwasher - all in a matter of minutes. Thank you Calvin and Santiago, your manager, for your excellence!

Good experience, will buy from here again

Appliances connection was great to work with. They have a large inventory to choose from, it was easy to order, and the delivery went smoothly. I was a bit confused about how to get the old appliance removed, but they worked it out, and Santiago Di Santo even credited the removal fee!
