After researching many many ebike company's I can to the conclusion that Euphree was the best bang for the in my price range by a good bit. The customer service has been terrific they did ship in one day as promised and onlt too 2 days to ship from Texas to my home in Indiana. Well done

After much research and comparing to other ebikes, I decided on buying a ebike from the euphree because the battery is second to none, the aesthetic appeal is incredible. After riding it the first thing I noticed is pain free shock absorption of the seat when riding over bumps on the road. This thing can pick up speed fast and overall a thrill to ride. Highly recommend.
I have ridden almost every mainstream ebike offered at industry trade show demo days and 2 issues keep coming up….weight and range. Euphree is best in class 3 for being the lightest. It also has a battery life range of up to 60 miles…40% more than the higher priced competitors. I like that in a commuter bike.

I picked this bike because it had the longest rated battery life in miles, and it took a few charges to get it up to the 60 mile range. I weigh 228 lbs. Very happy with the long battery life and the comfort for long rides. I got 30 miles + out of just using the throttle also.
great bike, easy riding. brakes are not great, soft. will upgrade them in the future. enjoy riding the bike.

I love my euphree bike! I bought the pink cruiser....the color is amazing...and it rides like a dream! Plenty of power...seat is comfortable and the battery holds a charge well.
The bike came to me with some scratches on the down tube...I was disappointed...but I emailed and the company offered to send touch up paint to try first and said if that doesn’t work we will figure it out so I am happy. They also called me on the phone about any questions I may have and pointed out some features on the bike I might not have figured out on my own for a while. I’m super impressed with their customer service! When you call a real person answers the phone! All I can say is if you want a quality product with fantastic customer service....buy from this company!!

I received my bike in three days after I ordered it. I had to wait until two weeks before my husband would put it together because it was a birthday present. When I rode it I found that the the electric part was not working. I called the company and through troubleshooting tried to get to the problem.They sent the part and contacted a Cosmic Bicycle shop in my town to do the work for me. Then we discovered it was something else. They sent out the back tire and motor. This also was all Cosmic bicycle shop. Meanwhile I kept being contacted by Dan to make sure everything was working well. Turns out that an electrical wire was pinched in shipping. I have since been riding the bike and it has been fantastic. The service was fast the problem was quickly resolved In a professional manner. And the bike shop that they contacted to fix my bike loves it also. Outstanding service all around. Denise Landis, Florida
