I absolutely love everything about…

I absolutely love everything about MyBodytutor! Everyone I've dealt with so far is extremely responsive and I even spoke with Adam on the phone. MBT has the missing link -- daily accountability from a real coach who truly cares. After speaking with my coach (I love her!) I can confidently say this will be the last weight loss program I'll ever have to do. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful! My only hesitation at first was the last review posted here was on 11/8/21 but Adam shared that they've moved to a different platform.

I’m a happier person and feel so free.

I had just moved, started a new job, and the pandemic had just hit. I was stress-eating way too much, followed by being in a state of very real physical discomfort from overeating.

I feared going on another diet would leave me hungry, frustrated, miserable, and worried about my meals every waking hour (yikes!). I didn't want to return to that mental prison.

Plus, as an Indian immigrant, I love Indian food, which is something I've never seen included in an online meal plan program. I also have the world's biggest sweet tooth and was afraid of having to give up everything I liked.

I tried multiple big-time NYC nutritionists who gave me meal plans, but the drastic lifestyle changes didn't work for me. It was difficult to keep up with them, and I ended up gaining the weight back faster than I lost it.

When I found MyBodyTutor, I liked the daily accountability aspect. Having someone willing to understand my life gave me hope that I might be able to solve this puzzle I've been working on my whole life.

I am happy to report I lost 20 lbs and 2.5 inches off my waist, which is pretty sweet! It's fantastic how much less stressed I am about food and how much more energized I feel after each meal. I am now a happier and more easygoing person who feels so...free.

What is so incredibly cool about MyBodyTutor is that they are truly there with you every step as you make a long-term, sustainable change. I wish I could underline "sustainable" 20 times.

MyBodyTutor's coaches gave me gentle and simple nudges in my daily feedback that were so in tune with my lifestyle. I am still bamboozled at how much I have changed since I began, yet it feels so natural that I can keep up with it without even thinking. Every week, my coaches helped me make small changes that added up to big results.

To anyone considering joining, I understand your hesitancy. Getting nutrition right can take a mental and physical toll (not to mention all the external judgment and straight up harmful advice floating out there).

I feel good about recommending MyBodyTutor because they have awesome coaches that really listen, care, and help you make reasonable, sustainable changes.

Highly recommend MyBodyTutor

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! MBT provides skills/tools that'll serve you for life. I love the way they match clients and coaches; it's thoughtful and highly personalized, and I’m so, so happy with my coach. I also love the app - it’s uncomplicated and easy to use even while out and about.

MyBodyTutor is a great program

MyBodyTutor is a great program! I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to stay consistent this long. I also thought I'd want to quit before now like other things I've tried. I'm so glad I joined. The accountability makes it much easier to make good decisions. I highly recommend this program!

32 lbs down and no alcohol for 4+ months!

I have always been pretty active, but the past few years have led me to "let go" a bit. That small bit led me to becoming more lazy, less active, and always snacking. And, as a father of 2 young kids, I just didn't have time to work out or be diligent with a diet.

Then, I was on a bike ride from Pasadena to Palm Springs with my good friend (and a former MyBodyTutor client) Noah Kagan. He noticed I was struggling and figured that it was due to the weight I had gained, so he suggested I give MyBodyTutor a shot. I figured I had nothing to lose but the weight, so I signed up.

The biggest doubt I had was if I had the diligence and could dedicate the time to succeed. But after talking with Noah more and learning more about the coaches and the process, I felt comfortable that the tools would be there for baby steps to success.

Now, I am a LOT more healthy, but it was not without some pain. In the end, I realized that if I wanted the change, I needed to do the hard work. There isn't going to be any firewood unless I go out to chop some wood.

The biggest differentiator with MyBodyTutor was daily accountability and feedback. It was the EXACT thing that I needed for success and in only 5 months!

I move better, feel better, and am more active with the kids (and wife!) Overall, I have more energy to be present with everyone. At my peak, I was almost 200 pounds, and now I am 168 pounds, so a total of 32 pounds!

I'm in a good place. I wholeheartedly love where I am and have established the RIGHT habits to continue on this path. I have a more regular and consistent exercise routine that includes running and cycling. Next, I will add weights and maybe bulk up a bit.

For anyone considering starting, just do it already! We always tell ourselves that we will do it tomorrow, tomorrow, and then tomorrow ends up being 6 months later. Just do it! (not to be all cliché) In the beginning, nothing is easy, but you've gotta WANT to BE healthy and lose weight. You've gotta WANT to do it for someone. If not for you, do it for someone you love and care about. Think of it this way, your current (bad) habits led you here. Do you want to stay on this same path? I hope not. Go sign up now!

MyBodyTutor did the impossible!

Thank you to MyBodyTutor for inspiring and coaching me back to a healthy lifestyle. Before MyBodyTutor, I had tried numerous times to get back into a healthy lifestyle and nothing kept me motivated for more than a couple of days. This lack of motivation caused me to balloon up to 203 lbs and I felt hopeless. My body looked like it belonged to someone else, somebody I didn’t even know. Now, I look in the mirror and see “me” again and more importantly, I feel like “me” again!

My Tutor was incredible. He was sincerely committed to me and my success. He taught me life changing concepts that I review every single morning. Concepts that completely changed my mindset and psychology around food and exercise.

My first day on MyBodyTutor, I was 199.2 lbs, 31.3% Bodyfat, 27.7% Muscle Mass, 54.6% Water Weight, 32.1 BMI.

Today, I am 172.6 lbs, 25.1% Bodyfat, 30.8% Muscle Mass, 59.6% Water Weight, 27.9 BMI.

What a difference!!! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! I am confident in myself again. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across MyBodyTutor and the impact it has had on my life!

I'm down 20 pounds, even after 2 years!

It's always been a struggle for me to stick to a weight loss plan. I knew I needed someone to hold me accountable and keep me on track, so the second I found MyBodyTutor, I signed up.

Their personalized service is what sets them apart. It's a really great program! Since I started, I've lost 20 pounds, and the best part is that I've kept it off for over two years.

They are first rate. They do what they say they are going to do. I did this program and lost 20 lbs and KEPT it off. The accountability was really greatn and super supportive.

Awesome service!

I am so, so glad that I bit the bullet and decided to join MyBodyTutor! My entire adult life was one big yo-yo of losing and gaining weight. My health swung from one extreme of losing weight quickly, to the other of overeating for weeks on end. As a single mom with 3 jobs, it was easy for me to just put my health and well-being on the back burner. Unfortunately this turned me into a tired, bloated, and cranky mom and employee. As I am approaching 40 years old, I could feel my back and knees hurting more than they ever had. Working with MyBodyTutor allowed me to learn to be kind to myself. Allow myself some grace. Stop punishing myself and feeling guilty. I was simply encouraged to try my best. Let the past go and move forward. Make small, sustainable choices. For the first time in my life, I remained in a middle ground versus one extreme or the other. For the first time in my life, I have been able to actually sustain weight loss. I've never been prouder of my success and goals, and I couldn't have done it without MyBodyTutor's gentle guidance and cheerleading!

MyBodyTutor has truly been a life-changing program

My wife and I have done the MyBodyTutor program for the past 6 months, and it has truly been a life-changing program. We are 40 years old, have 3 young kids, and for the last 10 years since marriage, kids have had a hard time finding consistency and results with anything when it comes to weight loss and our health. We've tried everything.... all meat diets, no meat diets, cut out dairy, drink shakes, fasting, etc..... all the lose weight diets out there.

Every time we did one of those diets they worked great. For me, I'd lose 20 quick pounds (at 6'5, 310 lbs) in my month stretch. I'd feel great, go out, get compliments, etc. My wife would lose weight, too. Problem was, as soon as we let up on that extreme diet, the weight came back in a matter of a week or two. It just is never real weight loss.

When we found MyBodyTutor, it was because we wanted something personalized. We were a bit skeptical at first because we didn't want to pay a bunch of money for another quick-fix. We took our chances and man was it different! What makes MyBodyTutor unique is the personal component, and the accountability. You get aligned with a coach who you communicate with every single day. They don't try to do something extreme. They collect information on what you do, what you enjoy, what you don't. They then help you to take baby steps to cut out some things, and mix in some new. They help with options, and the things you really can't cut, they don't make you. They help you with workout plans that are good for your body, and that are feasible based on how you can get exercise in. When you fall off the wagon like we all do, instead of saying "screw it I already messed up", and going off the handles, they say.... "okay... bad day, it happens, get back at it today". Every meal you eat, you just take a quick picture, upload it to the app, and send it each day. You get comments on EVERYTHING, so it's easy to understand where you are going wrong and right. No counting calories or anything that takes way too much time. They are focused on making sure you are healthy mentally and physically.

After 6 months, I'm down from 310 into the 270's, 35 lbs or so down, but it's real weight loss. Weight that I know won't come back, because I now understand my choices, and I know how to work-out. Accountability is everything, and as long as you want it, this program helps you get there

Invest in yourself because you are worth it!

I always found myself repeating the same bad habits around food and exercise and not having the confidence in myself to stick with anything.

I tried everything! Weight Watchers, Keto, and other fad diets. While I lost weight on those programs in the past, I never really learned how to differentiate between hunger, boredom, or stress, so I often found myself snacking too much or having a bad day and deciding to quit the whole program.

But since starting MyBodyTutor, I have lost 23 pounds. I still have more to go, but I am really confident that I CAN do it. I feel like I have the right tools to stay healthy this time. The accountability is huge. Plus, I really learned how to be mindful around eating, and it makes a big difference.

I was worried about the cost of the program before I began, but I encourage anyone that’s thinking about starting to see it as an investment in yourself - because you are worth it!

Food consumed my thoughts, then I lost 36 pounds.

I tried every diet imaginable, Weight Watchers, Isagenix, Atkins, etc. I could do good through the week only to blow all my hard work on the weekend, holidays, or vacations. I thought about food all the time. It completely consumed my thoughts.

I found MyBodyTutor through the Addiction Unlimited Podcast. That's when I realized that I was missing accountability, an emphasis on why I ate, and a focus on changing my habits and behaviors.

Before starting, my hope was to lose weight, get back to working out, and feel good in my own skin, but my biggest fear was that it would be a waste of time and money. I truly thought I would never lose the weight.

MyBodyTutor focused on WHY I was eating rather than WHAT I ate. They helped me overcome the "all or nothing" mentality and taught me to focus on progress over perfection.

Now, I'm down 36 pounds, and I've become alive again when it comes to working out. I feel great in my own skin, and I feel I have the tools to keep the weight off forever.

It's definitely worth the money. It stops the on and off dieting merry-go-round and gives you the tools to keep the weight off for life.

I wasn't dieting. I was changing my lifestyle.

Like other folks who have been in the "lose weight/gain it back" circle, I'd lose 10, gain 15, and repeat. And before I started MyBodyTutor, I was almost back to my highest weight.

I found Adam by reading one of his articles, and it caught my eye because it went beyond the "eat this, not that" approach.

At the time, my company was offering "get healthy" incentives to lower our insurance costs, and I needed to lose 5% of my body weight to get it. At first, my plan was to join MyBodyTutor, lose the 5%, and be on my merry way (since the program seemed like an expensive investment).

When I started, I was surprised that it wasn't a "here's exactly what you should eat" plan. It was more of a "why are you eating that?" approach, which was important because I didn't understand how I was using food to smother feelings.

The weight started to come off at a slow, manageable pace, and I really began to think about why I was eating the way I did. I saw that I did a lot of boredom and stress eating and realized I was eating more for emotional reasons than hunger.

Before I knew it, I'd lost weight, even during the holidays! And I didn't feel deprived! This was something that was working, so I decided to stick with it. I wasn't tracking calories or macros, only where my mind was and "why" I was eating.

Here I am, 38 pounds lighter, and despite everything that was going on in my life, I lost weight! I had been in a bad wreck, lost my dog, and started a new job. I traveled to some very food-centric locations (hello Rome!) and still lost weight while enjoying the local dishes.

MyBodyTutor helped me realize food won't solve the problem, that there's no such thing as perfection, and that progress is what matters most. I also learned to allow myself to "face my stuff, not stuff my face."

And if you ask my friends, I didn't become that person who only eats vegetables and obsesses over every bite. I enjoy food, but I do it mindfully. A life without indulgences just isn't worth it! And getting to that point was the best part of this investment. I can't thank Adam and my tutor enough!

I lost 40 pounds and have kept it off for over a year.

I had pretty much given up and touted that losing weight was just too hard. I had tried Keto, Weight Watchers (multiple times), NutriSystem, Belly Fat Cure, etc.

I was utterly stuck. I had limited my life to home and work and, in many ways, was not really living. I was afraid to travel because I often didn't fit on an airplane or subway seat, plus I was always so tired, worn-down, and hot. I was pretty sure my health would continue to get worse as I got older.

I found out about MyBodyTutor on Pinterest, and I noticed from the beginning that this program wasn't like the others and had me dig very deep into my motivations and fears. Starting there had me feeling really hopeful.

I have lost 40 pounds and kept it off for over a year. I have new energy and feel amazing. I know that I can do whatever I want to do. And I have amazing new habits--movement, healthy eating, and a strong mindset that I know will serve me well.

MyBodyTutor is different because it's practical, SUSTAINABLE, and focuses on healthy lifestyle changes. Also, individual daily coaching. Plus, the acknowledgment that we won't be perfect and will mess up, but the goal is to keep trying with the next meal or activity.

This program has been life-changing. I received so much support and encouragement. It can be scary to start, but it is worth it.
