Courteous and nice

Our Newair icemaker unit stopped working. After a few emails back and forth explaining the issue, they are sending us a new unit. They were courteous and nice with all our communications and emails.

I purchased two units and after only a few days the pump went out on one of them. I can’t say they are garbage because the other unit works perfectly fine for a small space. However, if you do happen to have an issue, customer service is spectacularl

NewAir ice make is awesome and so is the customer support, the machine stopped ejecting the ice and they agreed to ship me a replacement! Love that maker

Fantastic Customer Service from Lucy M!

We purchased the NewAir Bottle/Can Beverage Cooler and absolutely love it. However, we recently noticed the unit wasn't cooling properly so I called customer support for assistance. Literally about a 1-minute wait time and got an awesome customer service rep, Lucy Martinez, to help with the issue. She quickly addressed the concern and stated what needed to be done so that she could proceed with next steps. I sent in the information and within 24 hours, received an email back from Lucy stating that the unit would be replaced, under warranty. I really appreciate the overall experience and the incredible promptness to the issue.

Newair AB-1200X Fridge Review

We have had our Newair AB-1200X 126-Can Beverage Fridge for 10 months now and we couldn’t be more pleased with it and the company’s customer service. The unit is a perfect size to hold a large number of cans or bottles. Having small children, the lock and key feature has been a life saver keeping the beverages safe from their access. As we enjoy craft beers, a huge selling point for me was its ability to reach down to a temperature of 37 degrees F which is critical to enjoy many types of beers. Many small fridges that I researched did not have this capability.

During the time we have had the fridge, we have only had to reach out to customer service once for a question and they were extremely friendly and responsive.

Our family would definitely recommend this unit

Great Product - very good quality..

Great product and customer service, Bought other ice makers and the Newair is far better quality and makes larger ice cubes then the other brands.

Hands down the best ice maker we have seen in a long time.
Customer Service was excellent and responded promptly.

Would differently recommend!

Great customer service

Contacted customer service to get a drain hose for my portable air conditioner. By the next day, they contacted me with order information and even waived the shipping. This is why I will order from this company again. Great customer service

Excellent customer service

This ice maker works fantastically. My family loves having ice on the ready. Unfortantely it stopped producing ice shortly after we started using it. The "add water" sensor came on and never went off, even though it was full right to the fill line. Customer Service was fantastic though. Easy to communicate with via email or phone. They offered to ship out a new unit and apologized for any inconvenience. For that, customer service gets a 5 star review.

Positive Problem Solving With Professionals

Everyone I talked with on the Newair team were very nice, polite and eager to help. They all helped me to overcome my lack of computer skills so we could continue to solve the problem at hand. My experience with working with Newair has been very positive. Sure some hiccups along the way, but that is a part of problem solving. Thank you.

Was going crazy thinking I wasn’t going…

Was going crazy thinking I wasn’t going to find a replacement. And a friend of mines said contact them directly. Which then I did and with their fast response I was able to get my wine cooler handle replaced

AC didn't work; Easily ordered new one through Chat

My new AC wasn't working correctly and I contacted customer service to find out what was wrong with it. I was told I could request a new one, even though I did not order the AC from Newair. I ordered a replacement through Chat on Newair. Everyone I talked to was helpful and I am now awaiting my new AC.

Rough start but great customer service to make it right!

I purchased the 250 count cigar humidor with opti-temp and it was a refurbished unit. Got it home and got it seasoned and loaded it with about 100 cigars and a boveda pack. I tried a 72% at first and humidity was too high and switched to a 65% pack and still was too high. i reached out to customer service through the online chat where I provided the order and model number. It had only been a few weeks since purchasing the unit. Within a few minutes the customer service rep had found the order and informed me that they were processing the order for a replacement unit. Very easy and hassle free, I cannot wait to get the replacement unit and get my cigars loaded in for proper storage.

Great customer service!

We had an issue with the beverage fridge after we did a full kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working and we called customer service. We came to find out that the unit was past warranty by a few months but we asked for an exception to the 1 year standard warranty. The rep was very understanding and able to escalate internally for a replacement unit. We really appreciate the customer service here and the willingness to go the extra mile.
