Very disappointed with ADOEBIKE. I placed an order on their UK website for bike they only ship to the UK stating shipping within 2-3 days which showed as available. Then after 4 days with no response and no update chased them on Messenger and email to find out why my order had not shipped. Told the bike is out of stock in UK. (even though you can still order them on their site) and did I want a lesser spec bike for the same price instead. I asked for a reasonable discount on a different model but was declined and only offered £20!.
These companies should not advertise goods in stock in the UK when they clearly have nothing at all apart from old kit they want to shift before getting new stock. I am now chasing them for a refund so I can go and buy a real bike in stock in the UK from another reputable vendor.
Save your time money and energy and go elsewhere.
##Update. ADO Marketing asked me to get in touch so John could "Solve my issue" after more than 24hrs and more chasing they have offered me the same replacement bike I have already declined and instead of £20 off they have now offered a bike lock and asked me to amend my review. I have requested a refund and declined to alter my honest review.
