Clean air

The units work great. I’m disappointed in the app. We tried everything to Connect them and we were not successful. We have them at our Lakehouse and would like to be able to control when we are not down there. It’s been Very frustrating.

Love this for allergies!

This is the second time I am purchasing AirOasys. Love the first set I got and had to buy another for the bedroom. Ordered it, came fast, out of the box and plugged it in!

Not what i was hoping for

Unit arrived fairly quickly. I was excited to use it. After setting it up in my room and letting in run for an hr or so i came back to notice that it had been putting off a fairly distinct toxic, slight burning smell. I found this to be fairly irritating to my system. I turned it off and left it for a while thinking maybe it was just the fan burning a little bit of off gassing, but even later when i turned it on within second the same smell was produced and again i found it irritating to my lungs. Even though they are a hard sell on having no Ozone it is not zero. So perhaps in this case there is something happening here that is causing this reaction, this smell. I can't say exactly what. Either it is off-gassing, producing ozone, electrical burning smell from the fan or something else i'm not aware of. All this to say i was quite disappointed and am now very skeptical to the Polar-ionization technology being as clean as they mention

Hi there Im still waiting on medium…

Hi there Im still waiting on medium relacement cartridges ordered last year I got the small and large but no medium. I was notified they were in but no cartridges. Please get them shipped to me asap. Thank you, Paulette
