Great website with even better rewards!

I am a sceptic and often check Trustpilot before ordering from a company so I was shocked when I came on here and saw iHerb didn’t have better reviews. I have only ever had a great shopping experiencing when ordering from the company. I am leaving a review as the negative reviews on this website do not reflect the experience I have had. When I have ordered from them in the past I have received my order within 3 days which I think is amazing. I have been able to use rewards in the past that have taken over half price off my order for products I am not even able to find locally or on other websites without paying extortionate shipping costs. If you do order with them you can use my code to get money off your order ADI0795.

* I have not been asked to write a review I just really like the website and think it’s great.

iHERB has gone DOWNHILL

I LOVED using iHERB and have ordered multiple times - fast shipping always arrived in 2-3 days. Recently placed an order on July 1st, they used Optima to ship (worst shipping service - need to GET RID OF THEM!) my order shows out for delivery 07/07 and 3 days later still in that status - NO Package. iHERB tells you to contact the shipper on your own - (not good customer service) I called Optima and sat on hold for 20 minutes just to be forwarded to a voicemail. I submitted 2 help tickets with Optima, which they never replied to. I contacted iHERB customer service - spoke to Andrea who stated she would look into it and get back to me via email (within a few hours was told) and still haven’t heard anything back. CRAZY! I just got fed up and asked for a refund and will have to order through another company that cares and understands time is of the essence. I will no longer shop here due to using poor shippers and the customer service resolution was useless. There is 0 customer service help on weekends and all done via email - NO PHONE to call. I shouldn’t have to jump though hoops, especially spending over $100 here. Vote with your dollar people - there are plenty of other stores to shop at.

I've been a customer of iHerb for many…

I've been a customer of iHerb for many years (at least 15) and have placed many orders. I'm always amazed that they almost always have what I need in stock and get it to me very quickly. The few times I needed customer service, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I can't fathom why they get any negative reviews.

I was worried because in the past when…

I was worried because in the past when i ordered from the USA (from another company) i was charged excess duties and the delivery took such a long time. My parcel came before the estimated delivery date and there was nothing extra to pay. Kudos to the management and all the employees for making it seamless to order from the UK. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Experience

I've ordered from iHerb a few times now and have had absolutely no problems getting the product I've requested in a very short time, especially considering I'm having it delivered to Canada. Great communication, product is always as expected. They're my go-to company for hard-to-find products in Canada!

They Stole My Money

I ordered whey protein (order 1) and additional products (order 2) off iHerb. To make sure I don't pay taxes, they said they will delay order 1. A few days later, they cancelled order 1. By this time, order 2 had arrived. One would expect a cancelled order to be refunded. That was not the case. It's been almost a month since I made the ordered (and their subsequent cancellation of it), and I still haven't received a refund for the cancelled order.

In other words: iHerb are thieves.

Beware of buying from iherb

Yes, they definitely are scamming me. Issued a supposed refund in the form of a reward to my account that doesn’t exist.. signed in on email, says refund reward issued listed with a code number. Tried applying this against a new purchase and oh, what a surprise, ‘you can’t apply this code against a purchase.
They said they couldn’t give a refund through my purchase source paypal because too much time has passed! Well I have never had that problem with eBay returns. In any event they can simply send a refund to my email address! But that would mean ‘I actually get a refund’. I would recommend to all, stay clear of this company. Customer service does not exist, the closest you will get to it is online chat with a computer who knows a few algorithms!

This refund is available as Rewards Credit which is automatically applied during check to applicable items (not already discounted, promoted, etc.). The refund was processed as Rewards credit due to PayPal's limitations on refund times. We suggest investigating their refund policy to learn more.

You can access your Rewards Account by going to your account page and selecting the proper Rewards section. Again, these apply automatically in checkout to applicable items. Rewards Codes are something different and can be shared with other customers for use on their purchases. Doing so will give them a discount and earn Rewards Credit for the provider of the Rewards Code used.

Good products that aren't usually…

Good products that aren't usually available in the UK. Delivery is pretty slow though. And the offer codes they send out that are supposed to be site wide never work due to some exclusion or another.

Fu#cking scammer website ( iHerb Provides bad products and I can not get any refund)

Fu#cking scammer website ( iHerb Provides bad products and I can not get any refund)
I bought something on iHerb on 2022 June 23.
The order number is 721596137.
When I got them, I found out that the products were second-hand and they were used by someone.
I have issued many refund requests. But, NO ONE refund request is approved.
Fu#cking iHerb!
It is your fu#cking way to treat a new customer!

You have done the biggest problem in my life and I salute you for your bad services

I made several orders at a time I was sure that I would reach them, but because of your laziness, you were late in shipping the orders, and then you returned my money here. Everything is fine, but the strange thing is that you did after one day of re-executing the orders and withdrawing my money Without my permission, and you shipped the orders on your own, and although I sent you several messages telling you that I did not receive any information about the orders that you shipped, you never answered me, and this is called a scam on your part, and you closed my account without any justification

Fast shipping

Fast shipping, very convenient

The only problem is that you guys let add to the order the things that cannot be delivered to certain locations.
Can it be filtered out somehow?

I literally cannot complete my order…

I literally cannot complete my order because their website is so bad.

It's asking me to update my payment and just showing me a blank page when I try to do it.

Have tried it on multiple devices.

SCAM! I didn’t receive my order or my money back

I placed an order with iHerb 3 weeks ago. Ones I made the payment they sent me a confirmation email BUT 2 days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I haven’t received my money back. I’ve tried emailing the company and they still haven’t refunded my money. I never had an experience like this and I’m very frustrated as they literally won’t return any of my emails or calls. Don’t trust this company they will take your money and you won’t be able to get it back

Their site blows

Their site blows. I can't get payments through, got charged extra for shipping... The site won't even load half of the time at checkout.

Incorrect declaration in shipping documents by iHerb led to me being charged import duties

I do not live in the US, but have ordered multiple times from iHerb before with no issues. However, my recent order was stopped at customs where I was asked to pay import duties for them to release it. This did not make sense to me as the total value of items I ordered was much lower than the de minimis amount for my country. It turns out iHerb had neglected to input the proper freight charges in the commercial invoice (they just left it as 0), leading to the IATA standardised calculated rates being applied instead for import duty assessment.

This negligence on the part of iHerb's logistics team has pushed my total order value to way above the de minimis amount, thus I am being asked to pay the import duties even though it is NOT my fault, and the import duties are 2/3rds the value of my total order because of their mistake. This whole situation could've been avoided if iHerb had just declared the charges properly in the documentations.

IHerb cs reps have not responded to my emails asking for updates on this issue, and I was informed by the courier company that they were instructed by iHerb to destroy/dispose of the parcel if I refuse to accept the duty charges. If the parcel is disposed of/destroyed, I would not be able to claim for refund from iHerb as per their TnC. They have completely washed their hands off of the issue and have taken no accountability for their own negligence. Under DAP terms of trade, the shipper ought to be responsible for the accurate declaration of shipment details and documentations to ensure cases like this do not occur, but it seems iHerb does not care about violating such understanding. Was once a loyal customer, based on this experience, never again.

Scammy website trying to pass off as legitimate

The payment page blatantly lied by saying my payment hadn’t been processed. I tried again and was of course charged twice. I will be making a report to google, leaving many reviews, reporting this to the fraud team at my bank, and seeking advice from a law agency. Fork off iherb
