It has become a crap shoot ordering…

It has become a crap shoot ordering online. I placed an order for women’s underwear and received a pair of toddler shoes. This is the FOURTH TIME I’ve received the wrong item when ordering online. Now I have to be inconvenienced driving to a store to return toddler shoes and try to convince customer service to let me exchange these for underwear.

Multiple phone exchanges, poor customer service, unknowledgable, unable to send a text or email to confirm account, told to call back tomorrow. But they are polite about not servicing. :)

Don't Return Amazon Items at Kohl's!

I use Amazon Prime. It is convenient to me to return things to them at a local Kohl's store. And I thought it was even better that I got "Kohl's Cash" coupons for doing it. I've only ever used one that I got but I thought it was smart on Kohl's part to give them.

I just realized when I looked at my last receipt that it is really smart on Kohl's part but not in a good way. They actually deduct the amount of the Kohl's Cash coupon from your Amazon credit. Unless you use the Kohl's cash, they steal that amount from you. And Amazon let's them do it!

I am guessing that Amazon gets part of it also since they authorized it so they are both stealing your money every time you return something to Amazon at Kohl's. No wonder they have an Amazon desk at Kohl's.

What a horrible company! I will never return anything to or shop at Kohl's again! I suggest that you don't either.

Online Rip off

Placed order online and was sent the wrong item. Returning the item sent will cost my time and my money. It is called "bait and switch"! Does Kohl's know this is illegal?

I had my account closed down after…

I had my account closed down after having my account for over 5 years. No outstanding debt to my account and never received anything in the mail or by phone to inform me that they needed a new mail address. I found out when I tried to use it to make a purchase. No one was helpful regarding reopening my account and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor to clear up this issue. The only thing they had to say was to reapply to open another account why would I after being treated the way I was. Not worth it to get a kohl’s account when you can get a charge card that can really help you when you need it.

Long lines at the checkout

Whose brilliant idea was it to change the way customers check out. It used to be easy where there were several checkouts and each would have a line of customers, just like most stores. But not anymore. Now, there is one line only that feeds you thru like cattle. People are backed up blocking the walking path for customers still shopping. What a joke. Done fix it if it ain’t broke. I don’t shop there because of that particular reason. Can you imagine Walmart doing that with the volume of customers they serve?

Little care for senior customers

Kohl's has really gone down over the last couple years. I have had a Kohl's charge forever and have paid more than the minimum amount due every month. When I retired last year & could only make the monthly payments when my checks came in according social security schedules. But Kohl's would call every day and I would tell them the same answer every day. I puchased a gift card with my Kohl's charge in March and paid them off May. Went to use the gift card last month and the gift card was cncelled. Had to go through all kinds of phone calls to get it straightened out. Cut up Kohl's card. Won't even shop there. Lot of other stores out there. Shame they don't cater to retiree's. Great customer as long as you work but when you are on a fixed income you have not worth. You feel less than a clearance item.

You don't get what you pay for

I used to shop Walmart and other less expensive stores. Then I decided to start shopping at Khol's for quality stuff. Obviously the prices are way higher than Walmart etc. But ai didn't care because I was hoping to get quality stuff. Unfortunately the quality is worst then Walmart. I bought some briefs and within a few months they started yo rip at the waistband!
Then I bought a perfume for my wife for $80. I tested it before purchasing and also confirmed it with a store associate that it was the one I liked but to my disappointment it was not the same, plus the bottle is big but the holding area (content) is very little. Unfortunately I had traveled overseas and came back after 3 months so no returns!

i am disabled senior/therfore i order…

i am disabled senior/therfore i order mostly online//i plaxed order arrived as promised/but did not reciept im for return i wrote down order####the tags attached...well do my failing eyes i did transpose a daughter calls i re read ### this point the csa wanted to just be done.and said oh welll.and WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING FURTHER..JUST WANTED IT OFF CC....OFFERS A STORE CREDIT LESS THAN WHAT I PD....EVEN THO I GAVE CORECT ORDER### THEN SHE ASKED MY DAUGHTER TO DRIVE BACK HOMEGET MY CC(GAS PRICES)....I OFFERED CC OVER PHONE SAID NO WAY..I FEEL IF THIS CSA COULD NOT PROVIDE SERVICE SHE SHOULD HAVE CALLED IN SUPERVISOR......MY DAYS OF ORDERING IS LESSON LEARNED--LEAVING BAD TASTE FOR KOHLS/SERVICE.....

Horrendous customer experience

Horrendous customer experience. No wonder Kohls is on the verge of bankruptcy, they deserve to go under. I opened an account online for the 35% discount and had to call customer service because the discount was not working on my order. 45 minutes later, the agent said she didn't know how to apply the discount and that I would need to cancel my order and place the order with her over the phone. NO THANKS! There are far too many other options when it comes to shopping. I closed my new account and will never shop at Kohls again. They are the worst!

I visit Kohl's store 0064 on 6-19-2022

I visit Kohl's store 0064 on 6-19-2022. My shopping experience was enjoyable thanks to Ali in Sephora. She went beyond the call of duty. She was very friendly and profession. Customer Service was beyond expectation. Ali is definitely asset to the company. Thanks to her I will visit 0064 more often. It is worth driving the extra miles.

The Fourth of July display looks nice…

The Fourth of July display looks nice but all items made in China. Why in gods name would I buy something patriotic that is made in China. America and kohl’s has lost its soul all for a buck. The entire store is full of products from China that they mark up by 1000%. I won’t be going back. They will have to rely on the brainwashed masses. Wake up America!

Hiring at kolhs…

You know it's pretty sad there are people out here in this world who want to work and have the background for your company. But you turn them down. Because you dint get to know the person face to face. Who would want to work for a company like kolhs. Thank God I didn't get the job horrible customer service anyway just a person looking for a job.

I just received my order from Kohl's…

I just received my order from Kohl's and the order was packed very poorly. No packing material whatsoever...
Everything was bounced all over inside the box when it was shipped by UPS. I ordered some tealight candle bags and two bags got opened inside. Therefore, I have two bags of tealight candle bounce all over inside the box.

Bottom line, I will not recommend you to order anything from; instead go to the store personally.

Truly disappointedin Kohl's

I just found out that my order, I placed on June 21, 2022 was delivered to old address, because this address was only address on file.when placing the order I had address to go to my PO Box in Griffith. IN because I didn't want to pickup at the Southlake Mall this company didn't call or notify me. I just phoned and spoken with Jorge 13V4 in customer service and he and the company had the nerve to insult me with a $20 Kohl's cash, I hung up phone but the sent information to my email anyway. I have to get help due to bring ill to hoget my package, I paid over $75 for and this is what they offer me. Refund me my money Kohl's take the time to call your loyal customers before leaving packages somewhere they're not suppose to be left

High price, low quality, price gimmicks

I became familiar with Kohl’s because of Amazon returns. So one day I got a Kohl’s credit card, and I ended up closing my Kohl’s credit card about three months after I got it, because I discovered Kohl's has high prices and poor quality clothes! Prices are jacked up then reduced to almost-regular price with their gimmicks, including Kohl’s cash, etc.

CARTS ...Tucson store on Pantano

Here I'm over 80 and no carts. They got rid of them and have a pull along. So for check out I bend down to ground level to get my stuff out. NO room for a purse and if I had a child where does he or she go. Can't carry a child thru the store and pull the basket at the same time, Really a stupid move on someone's part

Never received a clearance clothing…

Never received a clearance clothing item that I was charged $18.15 including shipping & handling for on 6/2/22. Three times the CSRs refused to cancel or refund this transaction that required PayPal. PayPal does not refund your the customer even if the item was never shipped or received by the customer. This issue is in dispute with my bank and Kohl' sent me an invoiced claiming that I authorized this transaction on 6/14, which is false!

I purchased from store and did payments…

I purchased from store and did payments but the amount still showing in my accounts. I called multiple times in customer service and as well as in store . No one taking responsibility to resolve the issues, instead they asking to do the payments which I already did.
I'm thinking about cancel my credit card which i have for 9 years . I felt very unsecure with purchase from kohls.
