YETI Colsters Great Price, Shipping Materials Need Improvement

Ordered 6 YETI Colsters and they were as described. The only reason it is not a 5 Star review was the packaging. The box was too big, there was not enough packing material on the inside which caused the box to arrive smashed on one end. I was surprised one or more of the Colsters were not damaged, but they were not.

Great Kayak Cover

The kayak paddle cover arrived and was exactly what I wanted. It did come a couple days later than originally expected due to some UPS issues unrelated to the great service from The House customer service.

I ordered the Stohlquist Ebb Life Jacket ID: ACK01755 Color: Green Size: L/XL since my girlfriend ordered a similar one and loves it. My new PFD fits great and is very comfortable to wear during my kayaking trip. I had no problems ordering from The House, and even though my package was delayed a couple days I still received it before my last kayaking trip. It was definitely worth the purchase and I'm happy with how everything went.

I signed up at The House to make my…

I signed up at The House to make my first purchase of Solomon X ULTRA hiking boots. The House prominently gave me a code for a 15% discount on my first purchase (DF15NM15). I wasted 15 minutes trying to check-out and pay the correct amount.

Finally their customer service told me they were not going to extend the discount as promised.

Classic BAIT and SWITCH to lure you from another trustworthy on-line retailer.

Waiting for refund after return.

I rated you 3 stars because I’m as yet uncertain as to my experience. The jacket was too tall and thin for me so I’ve returned it, following all the instructions. I have my FedEx receipt but have heard nothing more and have no refund. My experience will either be 5 stars or 1 star depending on how well you handle the refund. I’m adding to my review to increase it to 5 stars because you handled my refund professionally and expeditiously. Thank you for that.

Great Value Light Weight Jackets

3 jackets for the normal price of one. Granted, they aren't a leading name brand and have some feature quirks, but $50 for a jacket of this construction you can't beat. The House is a great place to give a try. Great value product. Fast order processing, shipping, and delivery.

I am 61-years old.

I am 61-years old. This is my first BMX bike. Love it. Cruised 16 miles non-stop for my inaugural ride. Now I wish I hadn't waited so long to get a BMX bike. This model is super light (about 31 lbs.) & super fast. Thank you for making an affordable, quality product that is a lot of fun to use.

I returned my order

I ordered a ski boot with a 98mm Last. I received a box that noted the boots had a 98mm Last but it turned out the boots in the box had a 102mm Last. I was using the CSR Chat tool and explaining the situation with Alison when the connection was lost. How ironic.
I shipped the boots back for a refund. This was my first and last experience purchasing from this company.

After my order got stucked by FedEx for…

After my order got stucked by FedEx for 4 weeks I received my order and I returned one of the jackets. Right now I’m trying to get my refund but the did not answer the phone or chat. Everything I’m on line for 4 hours and they reconnect me everytime. Not recommended! The Store is a joke and they scam people! Worst customer experience ever !

Do not buy anything from this website

Do not buy anything from this website! I bought a snowboard, booths. And 2 jackets. I payed extra for a 3 days delivery and I got them after 10 days.
I tried to contact them Several time, sent emails spent hours on hold but no one time somebody have ever answer. One jacket has never arrived… I guess I lost the money. For sure I will never use this website ever again. Save your money look on different online store where they have real costumer service.

Good as before

I'm a returning customer and I can say that The House hasn't disappointed me as per the usual. Shopping was streamlined and easy and the items arrived on time and faster than I originally thought they would (even though that's not 100% their responsibility, but a shared responsibility with a deliverer). They also sell quality gear thanks to them being a more specialized seller.

Terrible

Terrible. Will never order again. I places an order Dec 16th and had an estimated shipping for all of my items before Christmas. It is now January 7th and I am still waiting on an item to be shipped... I cannot get in contact with customer service. I've sent a dozen emails, called several times, and tried chatting on their website but none of it works.

Freaking terrible outlet. Will never order from them again.

Terrible Customer Service...

Terrible Customer Service.... I was lucky to have even got my board in. But it had manufacturer defects and its impossible to get in contact with anyone. Not only that, i would need to pay for shipping back for something that came defected. Seriously reconsider buying from here. I prefer Evo, their customer service is exceptional in my experience. AVOID THE HOUSE!

Coupon codes never work

Appreciate being local and great selection. However, there are problems with online shopping. Coupon codes were applied to two valid purchases but did nothing to the price. Holiday15 and jolly20 both didn't work in December. Feels like a scam but I'm sure it's just a technical glitch. Hurts credibility though, why should I even bother. Hope the house will fix this website experience fail.

Had a return that was sent to summit…

Had a return that was sent to summit supports (a company they acquired) and I was never made aware of or received a refund. As a consumer, I had no way to know any of this would happen.

After discussing the details on the phone with them, they agreed to send me a check for the amount of the items.

They have since changed course and said they are unable to do so. Now I'm out all of the money and there is nothing I can do.

Save yourself the hassle and do business with another company.

Unbelievably poor customer service.

Terrible Customer Service -- Go Elsewhere

I will never order from The House again. Customer service is terrible took over a week to get a refund for items that were "Can't Finds" and didn't even ship. Phone wait times are over an hour. Chat is iffy and doesn't appear to work in Chrome.

Still have not received confirmation of my refund as promised over a week ago.

You can get just as good deal elsewhere with much better customer service IMO.
